Is it safe to order online?
All credit card orders at CXQ are handled through Authorize.net or PayPal, both are well-known for handling a large number of transactions on the internet. Your order is encrypted (with SSL) and no third party can eavesdrop your credit card information. CXQ is committed to protect your information and your privacy.
When do I get my full membership?

If you make the order via credit card, your nick will be given a temporary membership for 24 hours. You will need to relogin for any change in your status to show. It may take up to 24 hours after you order for us to review and process the order.

If you make the order via money order or check, we will give you the full membership after we receive the money order. Once you have send the money order/check to us, you could send us the check number via email to . We would give you a 7 days temporary membership status while your mail is on the way to us.

How is my account affected once I order a membership?
Your nick will become blue. Whatever membership time left before your order will remain there, and any more membership time will be added to your account. All your scores is not affected in anyway.
Can I transfer the membership status to a different nick?
CXQ' nick name cannot be changed once it is created. The membership status and the scores are associated with the nick and cannot be transfered to another nick.
Can I kick out other people once I have a bluenick?
Bluenick does not have any extra privilege in kicking. To learn about bluenick privileges, click here. Please note that anyone (bluenick or not) who owns a table can use command /eject or /block to remove unwanted members from his/her table.
I already have full membership. If I pay for membership again, do I lose my previous membership time?

No, the server will add more time to your existing full membership time.
