Full membership (Bluenick)

You can make your nick blue by helping CXQ financially. The bluenick is a full membership at CXQ (as opposed to free membership) in recognition of your contribution in making the games available for all chinese chess lovers. You do not need to have a bluenick to play at CXQ, though you will surely enjoy your time being a full member at CXQ. Please click on one of the following links to learn more about bluenicks.

With a full membership, you are specially recognized. Here are some features that make a bluenick different:

1. Your nick is blue in the user list and in the table list. Your nick in your chat messages will be in a different color from regular nick.
2. You can access to all features available in the server.
3. Your accounts are not reset when you do not play for 4 months. Your arena level will not be reduced if you do not play for 1 week. Your nick will not deleted when you are away for a long time
4. More icons are available to you. You do not have to restrict yourself to the 20 common icons only.
5. When you play with other bluenicks, you can use /triplerisk or even /quadruplerisk to increase the points win/lost in a game. This is very useful if you want to play short games, or you want to play with people who have much higher points than you. When you play with normal nicks, you can use /doublerisk to increase the points win/lost.
6. You are free to move from room to room, even to rooms that are full.
7. You can create tables in which losers in the table cannot play with the command /blueopen.
8. You can always review games you played at CXQ as well as games that other played (within the last month). You can review the games and learn from your mistake, or learn from other people's good moves.
9. High priority in club tournaments and other club activities
10. You feel good about yourself, and the server does not have to remind you to support when you login or when you are idle for too long.

The membership fee is $11.95 USD for 3 months, $17.95 USD for 6 months, $26.95 USD for 1 year, and $39.95 USD for 2 years. While the amount may not mean much to you, even much less than the cost of your internet access, it would help the server greatly in maintaining the service for everyone.

If you order 2 nicks in the same order, you will receive a discount. This is useful in the case you have 2 nicks or when you would like to make your friend a full member. The cost to make 2 bluenicks (ordering together in one order) is $19.95 for 3 months, $29.95 for 6 months, $44.95 for 1 year, and $67.95 for 2 years. If you order 3 or more nicks, consider grouping the nicks in pairs to receive the discount rate.

Please note that if you already have a full membership and buy a full membership again, the expiration date of your full membership will be extended appropriately. There is thus no penalty for extending your full membership before it expires.

Once you have sent the mail, you could send your name, your check or money order number, where you send your mail from, and the date you expect us to receive your mail to bluenicksclubxiangqi.com. We will make your nick blue temporarily for 7 days while waiting for your mail to arrive^*.

It is possible to send cash to us directly via postal mail, though please understand that it is at your own risk. The cash can be in USD or in other major currencies (AUD, CAD, EUR...) Ask your post office for either Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation option for your mail, or possibly have your mail insured.

Purchases are non-refundable. If you wish to modify or cancel an order you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

Please note that all members, including bluenick members, must follow CXQ's Terms of Service. Accounts in violation are terminated regardless of being a bluenick or not. CXQ account and bluenick status are non-transferable. If the bluenick order is canceled due to creditcard or check fraud, the nick will be automatically suspended. You will be subjected to prosecution.
