29. A Pawn can perpetually chase. Two or more Pawns can work together
to perpetually chase. If one of the moves of the Pawn's perpetual chase
involves a Rook, Cannon, or Knight, it is still allowed.

A Pawn can perpetually chase. This game is a draw.

The Red Pawn, with the help of the Cannon, perpetually chases the
Black Knight. This is allowed. However, if Red has another Cannon
in the third file, it will be an illegal perpetual chase.
